This bathroom was way too big and the laundry room was way too small. Hummingbird moved the wall separating the two rooms to create a cozy 1/2 bath for guests and a much more usable laundry room. There was a load bearing wall to be managed, but we worked with our favorite engineer to get the drawings we needed.
