As part of a 650 square foot daylight basement remodel Hummingbird needed to add a full bathroom where there was no existing bathroom. This extensive project required significant concrete cutting of the basement slab, installation of all drain and vent plumbing, installation of hot and cold water, and a dedicated bathroom electrical circuit. Since this basement bathroom could be cold installed a new electric heater in the ceiling of the bathroom as well. Finally, we installed a wonderful tile surround for the tub/shower combo and very attractive luxury vinyl tile. It was an awesome project and we are proud to provide to help customers with these complex requests.
