This customer in Hazel Dell has a wonderful custom home but had a kitchen that did not meet her vision. She dreamed of a free-flowing design uninhibited by old-dimensional ideas and her fulfilled vision is wonderful. Utilizing space from an unused breakfast nook, we added a 10' long, 39" wide showpiece island which created a vast food prep platform and a commanding visual presence in their primary living space. Additionally, we were able to provide a much-needed expansion of storage by adding a set of cabinets in their dining room where the coffee service will now be located. In the end, the new cabinet layout, new built-in appliances, and new countertops have transformed a simple kitchen into a layout fit for a design magazine.
