I found Hummingbird Housing Solutions on Yelp when searching for contractors in my area. I had a 372 sq ft crawl space area that I wanted finished so I could use it for storage. It required some very complicated planning. John replied to my message immediately and we set up an appt for him to come look at the space and find out what my vision for this space was. He returned a reasonable bid and started the job shortly after our original meeting. I found John to be incredible at communication and being on time. He and Dillon were very respectful of my living space while the project was being constructed by cleaning up daily, laying a protective barrier on my floors to avoid any possibility of damage and they did an amazing job completing this project far beyond my expectations. I also appreciated that John informed me each day of what tasks they'd be working on. I highly recommend Hummingbird Housing Solutions! I recently had a roofing project on a shed that I wasn’t able to complete due to a knee injury. I mentioned it to John and he immediately volunteered to help wrap up the project. He worked me into his schedule and the job was complete after about 6 hours of work. Roof wasn’t easy due to the height and proximity to other objects. John dove in and worked the issues. It turned out great.
